weight loss update

ola, to the peeps popped by and need a little weight loss inspiration ,

I have lost 10 kg's from my biggest recorded weight (beginning 2011) I have taken it really slow and it's worked for me. My main focus has been on calorie counting and cardio exercise. this is my before picture from the beginning of the year (after i'd already started losing weight) and after pics. I unfortunately lost some much needed boobage, but what you gonna do? haha :)
